Academic Health Science Network for the North East and North Cumbria (AHSN NENC)

AHSN NENC hosts the regional Managing Deterioration Patient Safety Collaborative (PSC).  A key element of their work is to reduce deterioration-associated harm by improving the prevention, identification, escalation and response to physical deterioration.

There are several tools and resources available to support those caring for people in the community.  Whilst the majority of these have been designed to be used in care homes, they will also be useful in other non-hospital settings such as community health, domiciliary and supported living services.
