EnCOP Inaugural Celebration Event: 23 March 2023
EnCOP hit a key milestone recently with the first cohort of 50 health and social care workers to undertake EnCOP receiving their awards at a prestigious regional celebration event. Continuing to raise both the profile and value of working with older people, we were privileged to welcome Professor Adam Gordon, President of the British Geriatrics Society and Dame Professor Louise Robinson, Professor of Primary Care and Ageing and Regius Professor of Ageing, Newcastle University as our keynote speakers. They also kindly presented our EnCOPpers with their certificates and much sought after EnCOP badges. We had a really lovely morning celebrating everyone’s achievement.
