Frailty Profiles

There are four recognisable frailty profiles as described by the Clinical Frailty Scale: Vulnerable (CFS – 4); mildly frail (CFS – 5); moderately frail (CFS – 6); and severely frail/very severely frail (CFS – 7/8).

These diagrams are based on the Clinical Frailty Scale as developed by Dalhousie University.  For the full Clinical Frailty Scale, or permission to use or reproduce the Clinical Frailty Scale, please contact gmru@dal.ca
